YesYes.io is a tool for deciding things together: someone poses a question with options, shares a link, and everyone answers yes or no in private. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Your content
Questions, options, names, and votes you submit stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them to the other participants of the decision — that’s the whole point — and to the service providers that run the site. Don’t submit content that’s illegal, harassing, or that you don’t have the right to share.
Accounts
Creating decisions requires signing in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Voting requires no account.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other people’s votes or data, no using it to spam people with links, and no interfering with its operation.
Third-party content
Restaurant details come from Google and AI-generated suggestions come from a language model; both can be wrong. Check details (hours, prices, addresses) before acting on a decision.
The service is provided as-is
YesYes.io is provided without warranties of any kind. Decisions may expire, close, or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any damages arising from use of the service — including the restaurant the group picked.
Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms. You can stop using the service, and request deletion of your data, at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
